2. Payment and Refund Policy

•  All payments must be made through our secure online payment gateways.
•  Fees are non-refundable unless specified under our satisfaction guarantee or in case of technical issues caused by Edinza.
•  Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance, and existing plans will not be affected.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

•  Sessions must be scheduled in advance based on tutor availability.
•  Rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the session. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as completed.
• Edinza reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the student.
